These Terms of Service govern your use of the digital marketing services provided by Jacob Erdman Rental LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Conditions

Services are provided as described in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). The client agrees to provide all necessary access and information required for Jacob Erdman Rental LLC to perform these services.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services are billed as outlined in the SOW. Invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to remit payment may result in a suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jacob Erdman Rental LLC be liable for any lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
